We inform you that according to Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, the right of withdrawal will not apply to contracts that refer to: The provision of accommodation services for purposes other than serving as housing, transportation of goods, vehicle rental, food or services related to recreational activities, if the contracts provide for a specific date or period of execution.

Reservation payment: Payment will be made via a secure link. Please note that pursuant to Article 18 of Law 11/2021 of July 9, cash payments for transactions involving a business or professional amount equal to or greater than €1,000 or its equivalent in foreign currency cannot be made in cash.

Cancellation Policy : Your reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 5 days before arrival. If you cancel after this time or do not show up, 100% of the reservation will be charged.

This deposit will be made via a virtual link to our secure payment gateway, which we will send you from the hotel before the end of your free cancellation period, in compliance with PSD2 (Second Payment Services Directive), a European regulation that has been mandatory since January 1, 2021 for making online purchases from any device with maximum security.

Once you receive the link, you can make the payment within the next 24 hours.

The reservation holder must reside in the Canary Islands. Upon arrival at the hotel, they must show proof of personal identification or residency. If they cannot provide proof of residency, they will be charged the difference.
